These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ji22 platform, including all games, payment services, promotional offers, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or wager at ji22. Age verification (KYC) is mandatory. Accounts belonging to underage players are closed immediately and all funds are returned.
Each player may hold only one ji22 account. Multiple accounts are prohibited under PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and associated bonuses forfeited.

Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. ji22 accepts UMID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport as primary ID documents. Incomplete KYC delays payouts without exception.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ji22 ("ji22," "we," "us," "the Company") governing your access to and use of the ji22 online gaming platform available at ji22.org and any associated mobile or browser-based applications.
By completing the registration process, you represent that you have read, understood, and expressly consent to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and ji22.
These Terms apply to all users of ji22 regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the platform. Ji22 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the ji22 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Enforcement: Ji22 employs age verification at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account where the registered player is determined to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated deposits returned. Winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.
Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account with ji22. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or valid email address, and a secure password. Ji22 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Ji22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your Account. You must notify ji22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. Ji22 reserves the right to close any Account that appears to be accessed or operated by someone other than the registered holder.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR oversight requirements, ji22 is required to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing any withdrawal. Ji22 may also request identity verification at any time at its discretion.
Ji22 accepts the following Philippine government-issued documents for identity verification:
Ji22 aims to complete standard KYC verification within one (1) business hour of receiving complete and legible documentation. Complex cases requiring additional review may take up to 48 business hours. Withdrawals are held pending verification completion.
Ji22 reserves the right to freeze, restrict, or close any Account where identity verification cannot be completed to the required standard. Deposits made to an unverifiable Account will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any applicable processing costs.
All deposits at ji22 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Ji22 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
Ji22 currently accepts deposits via: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 blockchain). E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited instantly. Bank transfers typically process within 5–15 minutes. USDT deposits require blockchain confirmation before crediting.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Ji22 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits received from unregistered third-party sources may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits that reduce the Player's permitted amount take effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
Withdrawals from ji22 are processed in Philippine Peso. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
For fully verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. BPI and BDO bank transfers take 1–3 business hours. USDT withdrawals take 15–60 minutes depending on blockchain network conditions. Ji22 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
Ji22 applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals to different payment accounts may require additional verification.
Funds credited as bonus or promotional balance are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits that have been co-mingled with active bonus balances may also be subject to wagering conditions. Players should review individual promotion terms for specific requirements.
Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier. Standard (Bronze) accounts are subject to a ₱30,000 daily withdrawal limit. Higher limits are available at Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP tiers as described in the ji22 Casino VIP Programme terms.
Ji22 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spin credits, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a promotion's individual terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed in the promotion details within the Player's Account dashboard.
The ji22 welcome bonus is available to newly registered Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account with ji22 under any email address, mobile number, or identity document are not eligible for the new player welcome offer. Fraudulent bonus claims will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward wagering completion. Live casino table games, video poker, and certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in each promotion's terms. Sports betting wagers may have separate contribution rates.
Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire if not completed within the timeframe stated in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically without notice.
Ji22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings, and close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low house-edge games to complete wagering requirements, coordinated betting patterns, or misrepresenting identity to qualify for promotions.
All games available on the ji22 Platform are governed by specific game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence with respect to that game only.
All random number generator (RNG) games available on ji22 — including slots, virtual table games, video poker, and instant win titles — are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. Ji22 does not modify the mathematical outcomes of any game supplied by third-party studios.
Live dealer casino games are operated by third-party live casino studios under their own licensing and operational frameworks. Ji22 provides access to these studios' services but does not directly control the dealing or studio operations. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, settlement will be based on the hand, spin, or round state at the time of disconnection, per the live studio's own disconnection policy.
Ji22 and its game providers reserve the right to void any game round, spin, bet, or wager affected by a technical malfunction, game software error, or data corruption. In such cases, the affected wager will be returned to the Player's wallet. Ji22 is not liable for any losses or foregone winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
Sports betting markets at ji22 are subject to separate sportsbook rules, including market settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play betting rules. Odds are provided in real time and are subject to change before a bet is accepted. Settled bets cannot be amended or cancelled.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji22 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to applicable Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
All content on the ji22 Platform — including but not limited to the ji22 name, logo, website design, written content, game interfaces, graphics, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of ji22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
Game content is the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers and is licensed to ji22 for distribution on the Platform. Any unauthorised use of game content outside the Platform is prohibited.
Ji22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment consistent with its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Gambling should be treated exclusively as a form of entertainment. It must never be viewed as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if ji22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Ji22's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Ji22 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, system outages, Internet connectivity failures, or third-party service disruptions.
Ji22 provides access to third-party game content and sports odds as a platform operator. Ji22 is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of third-party game content beyond the certification requirements imposed on its game providers.
Ji22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Players may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting ji22 support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus credits subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified primary payment method within five (5) business days.
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Ji22 will notify the registered email or mobile number before applying a monthly dormant account fee of ₱100, up to the remaining Account balance. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) operates as the primary regulatory authority with oversight over ji22's gaming activities.
Any dispute, claim, or complaint arising from the use of the ji22 Platform must first be submitted to ji22's internal disputes resolution process by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute." Ji22 will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ji22's internal process, the parties agree that disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with Makati City, Metro Manila as the agreed venue for legal proceedings.
Ji22 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — ji22 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, clarification of existing provisions, or additions that expand Player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will always reflect the most recent revision date.
Your continued access to or use of the ji22 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.
